leptoozan.com does not ship anything. We are an independent review site. Orders, packing, dispatch and delivery are handled entirely by the seller from their own fulfilment centre.
Processing time
Orders are normally picked and dispatched within one to two business days of payment clearing. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing the next working day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs inspections and peak periods can extend them.
Tracking
A confirmation email is sent when your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number follows once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active after it is issued.
International orders
Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in the checkout total. Some countries restrict the import of dietary supplements — check your local rules before ordering.
Address accuracy
Check your delivery address carefully before paying. Parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping charge. Contact the seller's support immediately if you spot a mistake after ordering.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for several days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact the seller's support with your order number and photographs where relevant. They will trace, replace or refund according to their policy.
